Eisenhower Army Medical Center is located at Fort Gordon in East Georgia. Due to Fort Gordon’s size, directing patients and visitors to and around the Medical Center portion of the campus is a challenge.

INNERFACE was selected to design and implement a seamless wayfinding plan guiding patients and visitors from the security gate to the main Medical Center entrances. Having accessed the campus from either the main/emergency entrance closest to the main gate or the secondary entrance used primarily by those already on base, patients and visitors are now guided to the appropriate parking areas.

Building and entrance identification were addressed to ensure wayfinding continuity as users exited vehicles. All buildings and entrances are now clearly identified and all DOT signage has been updated and brought up to code.
